Gingham plaid has made a major comeback this year. I was a little hesitant to try out the trend because I did not want to look like a southern farm girl. I quickly found many options that when styled the right way, are the perfect blend of sophisticated and chic. Today I want to share with you guys some of my favorite gingham plaid items!
I love this shirt because you are able to style with a couple different ways. Pairing this shirt with jean shorts and sandals makes for a laid back southern look, if you are like me and usually lean towards a more city style- you can easily pair this with white jeans and wedges! I like to style the top both ways and I seem to always receive lots of compliments on these fun sleeves! Though the shirt has sleeves, it is made from a light linen material, making it breezy in this summer heat!
